How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time for all orders is between 7-11 working days from when the item has been shipped. Exceptions may occur, and in such cases the information will appear on the product page, in the checkout, or in the order confirmation.

We aim to pack and send our deliveries as quickly as possible, usually the same day or the day after your order has been placed. When your items are shipped, you will receive an email with additional information and a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received your product according to the Distance Contracts Act. If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service within 14 days from the date of receipt for instructions on the return process. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and that all accessories and packaging are included.

How do I return an item?

In case of damaged or incorrect products, you can request a refund from us. You have the option to choose between receiving the refund as a gift card or having the money returned to the account you used for payment. You can also send the product back, but then you as the customer are responsible for all shipping costs.

If you regret your purchase because you simply regretted it or if the product does not meet your expectations without any damage or defects, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. In these cases, we also offer the option of receiving a gift card from us for the amount you paid instead of sending the product back.
